The Task
Create copy that will provide context to the error in a humanized manner.
The Process
I had to first discuss with the engineering team to understand the computer errors. I found that the error messages generated by the computer did not prove useful to the user, so I had to give context to each one and try and provide a solution to the error when applicable.

Error messages that can be understood in a friendly and informative manner.
